Roger Gaddis is one of the primary principals of Gaddis Premier Wealth Advisors, a firm that was formed through the merger of Premier Investment Advisors of Denison, Texas and Gaddis & Gaddis Wealth Management, an Ada, Oklahoma-based firm he co-founded with his wife, Leigh Gaddis in 1995. In addition to its Ada headquarters, Gaddis operated a full-service office in Durant and satellite offices in Ardmore and McAlester, Oklahoma. 

Roger has 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, including professional credentials as a CPA (Certified Public Account) and as a CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM). 

After graduating from Oklahoma State University with an accounting degree in 1979, Roger earned certification as a CPA in 1981 and in 1992 he earned certification as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM. Roger began his career as a tax accountant with Conoco, Inc. and later he held senior level positions with both Edward D. Jones & Co. and Merrill Lynch. 

In addition to serving his most important audience -- Gaddis Premier Wealth Advisors clients -- Roger devotes considerable time to community service activities. 

At the state level, Roger currently serves on the board of Union Mutual Insurance Company of Oklahoma, a property insurance company founded in 1938, which offers service in all 77 counties in the state. Roger recently completed 10 years of service as a trustee on the Board of the Oklahoma Teachers Retirement System (OTRS), the organization that manages the $18 billion Oklahoma pension fund for teachers and other public education employees. He was appointed to the OTRS Board by Governor Mary Fallin in 2012 and left the organization as vice chairman of the board in 2021. During his tenure, Gaddis served chairman of both the Investment and Audit committees. 

In 2016, Roger and Leigh Gaddis were recognized as “honorees” at the Journal Record “Beacon Awards” for their community service contributions at the state and local level. 

Roger is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma (Class of XXV) and he is an active member of the organization. Beginning in 2017, Roger has served as a mentor in the Oklahoma State University Spears School of Business Mentoring Program. 

At the local level, Roger is a graduate of Leadership Ada. He has served on the Ada Community Advisory Board, an organization that provides recommendations to the city on capital investment project. He is a past-president of both the Ada Chapter of CPAs and the South Central Chapter of CPAs. Roger has been a member of the East Central University President’s Circle and the Mercy Hospital Ada Circle of Friends. As an advisory board member of the Ada-based Sisters Hand- in-Hand (SHIH) ministry, Roger launched the related ROSE program, featuring monthly educational and networking events for SHIH members. 

In past years, Roger has been a board member of The Salvation Army in Ada, the Ada Boys & Girls Club, Ada Youth Baseball and the Arbuckle Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He has also been active in Kiwanis and Rotary clubs and he has taught adult educational classes on personal finance at East Central University and at the Pontotoc Technology Center. A long-time supporter of educational programs, Roger has worked with East Central University to provide internship opportunities for students interested in the business, finance and securities industries. 

Roger grew up in a military family and as a youth he lived in a number of U.S. cities as well as abroad. Roger is a licensed pilot, a black belt in Tae-kwon-do and a certified scuba diver. He and Leigh enjoy traveling and spending time with their family.

Leigh Gaddis

Leigh Gaddis is a Gaddis Premier Wealth Advisor with 27 years of industry experience. She was a co-founder of Gaddis & Gaddis Wealth Management (GGWM), which merged with Premier Investment Advisors, becoming Gaddis Premier Wealth Advisors in June of 2022. 

In her capacity as a wealth advisor, Leigh aims to guide a diverse and multi-generational range of clients to help achieve their financial goals. As an entrepreneur, she was also instrumental in the growth and expansion of GGWM from its beginning in 1995. In addition to her client work and business development activity, Leigh measures her professional success by what she gives back to her community. 

At the state level, Leigh serves as Chairwoman on the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission, which provides advisory, administrative and policy decisions for the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation (ODWC). She was appointed to the Commission in 2014 and she is the first woman to both serve on this board and to be designated chairwoman since the ODWC was established in 1909. 

In 2021, Leigh became a board member of the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Foundation, whose mission is fundraising for special non-budgeted projects of the ODWC, thereby enhancing and improving hunting and fishing opportunities for Oklahoma hunters, anglers and sportsmen/women. 

In 2016, Leigh and her husband, Roger Gaddis, were recognized as “honorees” at the Journal Record “Beacon Awards” for their community service contributions at the state and local level.

In April of 2018, Leigh graduated from Leadership Oklahoma (LOK), class 31. 

At the local level, Leigh is a graduate of Leadership Ada (Class of 2011). In past years, she served on the Leadership Ada Committee for the Ada Chamber of Commerce. She also served as is a co-chair of Career Discovery, a highly regarded educational program that provided area students with hands-on experience in a broad array of career paths. 

Leigh is a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association, a member of Safari Club International, Oklahoma Wildlife Management Association, and she has provided support for the Oklahoma City Gun Club, “Women on Target” program and the National Wild Turkey Federation. 

She is a graduate of East Central University in 1980 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology Education. 

When not working, Leigh and Roger enjoy spending time with their four sons/daughters-in-law and six grandchildren. 

Tammy Byrd

Tammy Byrd joined the Gaddis & Gaddis Wealth Management team in October of 2006 as a Client Service Associate. With Gaddis Premier Wealth Advisors, Tammy’s roles have included full client relations and support, event planning, industry research, marketing, and a vast range of office related support and management.

A native of Choctaw, Oklahoma, Tammy moved to Ada, Oklahoma in 2000. She attended East Central University, focusing on a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. Tammy says, “The most important part of my work at Gaddis Premier Wealth Advisors is to take care of clients with prompt. courteous service and care.”

Tammy and her husband, Tommy, have been married since 2002 and have four children: Toby, Jada, Taylor, and Tylor.

Tammy is active in the community, especially in her support of the Kiwanis Club of Ada. Since 2001, she has been a volunteer coach for Kiwanis Little League Baseball. She also spends as much time as possible participating in year-round sporting activities with her children, including soccer, basketball, and baseball.

Sharyl Daniel

Sharyl Daniel joined Gaddis & Gaddis Wealth Management as a Client Service Associate in May of 2007. As part of the Gaddis Premier Wealth Advisors team, her primary areas of responsibility are client relations, account service and reviews, client communications, opening accounts, and other office support functions.

Sharyl is a native of Stonewall, Oklahoma where she and her husband Tom live. They have been married since 1986 and have three children: Tobie, Jonathan, and Bradianne, and 5 grandchildren.

When away from the office, Sharyl spends much of her time with family and, with her attention to detail, it’s no surprise that her favorite hobby is sewing.

Sharyl believes the most important aspect of her work is maintaining accurate client communications and record-keeping for both new and existing clients within the firm. “It’s the attention to our clients that make the difference,” says Sharyl.

Tresha Reyes

Tresha Reyes joined Premier Investment Advisors in 2008 as a Client Service Associate. Including her time with Premier Investment Advisors and Gaddis Premier Wealth Advisors, Tresha has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her main responsibility is serving clients, which includes preparing all documentation needed with opening and maintaining accounts, processing transactions on accounts, and assisting in maintaining healthy client relationships with the firm.

Tresha has served as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for Arbuckle Federal Credit Union since 2016 and has also served as the President for the Ada Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi since 2019.

“I love being able to serve our clients in whatever ways they need,” says Tresha, “and I strive to make each client feel important and comfortable by providing a friendly environment.”

Tresha married her husband, Luis, in 1983 and they have lived all over the country as well as in Germany. They have two daughters and one grandchild, and they love spending time baking and playing games with their family whenever possible. When she is not spending time with her family, she also enjoys traveling and gardening.
