These solutions can be billed in one of three ways, either as an hourly planning fee, a flat-rate financial plan, or as a percentage of Assets Under Management (AUM). The method to be used for billing is determined on a case by case basis for each client based on the needs and objectives of that client.
 

Turnkey Solutions – $100,000 to $250,000

Frequency of Contact:

Three Scheduled Meetings / Phone Calls per year including two Portfolio Reviews and one In-Person Strategy Meeting*

Basic Needs Covered:

Growth, Asset Protection, Diversification, Children’s Education Planning, Basic Retirement and Insurance Planning

Planning Strategy:

Implementation of the Prime 360° Process, Diversified Growth Products, Risk Questionnaire, 401(k) Management

Possible Solutions: 

Asset Allocation Funds, ETFs, or UITs are designed to satisfy Basic Investment Needs; such as, Asset Allocation. Diversification, Children’s Education Planning, Basic Retirement and Insurance Planning

Employer Sponsored Account Management:

(Such as 401(k) or 403(b))

Utilizing a technology platform called Pontera, we are able to manage your employer sponsored retirement plans such as 401(k)'s and 403b's as part of your financial plan. If not, those accounts will be reviewed on a periodic basis as a part of each client's overall financial strategy.

 

Modular Solutions – $250,001 to $500,000

Frequency of Contact:

Six Scheduled Meetings / Phone Calls per year including two Portfolio Reviews and one In-Person Strategy Meeting*

Basic Needs Covered:

Growth, Asset Protection, Diversification, Tax Control, Liquidity, Transparency of Fees and Holdings, Children’s Education Planning, Updated Retirement Plan and Estate Reviews, Cash Flow Analysis, Insurance and 401(k) Management

Planning Strategy:

Implementation of the Prime 360° Process, Diversified Growth Products, Risk Questionnaire, 401(k) Management, Cash Flow Analysis Updates

Possible Solutions:

Managed Fund Platform, Optimized SMA, Managed Futures, REITs, Unit Investment Trusts, Exchange-Traded Funds

Employer Sponsored Account Management:

(Such as 401(k) or 403(b))

Utilizing a technology platform called Pontera, we are able to manage your employer sponsored retirement plans such as 401(k)'s and 403b's as part of your financial plan. If not, those accounts will be reviewed on a periodic basis as a part of each client's overall financial strategy.

 

Custom Solutions – $500,001 and Above

Frequency of Contact:

Twelve Scheduled Meetings / Phone Calls per year including four Portfolio Reviews and two In-Person Strategy Meeting*

Basic Needs Covered:

Asset Protection, Tax Management, Liquidity, Transparency of Fees and Holdings, Income and Retirement Planning, Estate Analysis, Cash Flow Analysis, Insurance Planning, 401(k) Management

Planning Strategy:

Implementation of the Prime 360° Process, Separate Accounts, Institutional Fee Arrangements, High Net-Worth Review Report, Dividend Tax Analysis, 401(k) Management

Possible Solutions: 

Customized SMA, Managed Futures, Hedge Funds, REITs, Bonds and other Fixed Income

Other Solutions Available:

Personalized or Collateralized Lending; Financing
